As you can see by reading the story, it is a fantasy that mixes elements of "classic", like the demons and the coexistence of a demon with a human, for the most innovative and distinguishing it from the "usual fantasy": we find a distinct and well-fed host of demons, including the "bestial" and "noble", each of which has its own characteristics and peculiarities, we find the druids, fighting the spread of evil in the world but sometimes are forced to fight even harder struggles with their dark sides, we find the beautiful figure of the "family" (I love the stories that provide an intense bond between humans and animals, especially when a wolf), and much more. As an example, a daemon very noble, but very powerful, has beautiful purple eyes and kills his enemies by throwing shrapnel, while the bestial demons are nothing more than the animal form that gather in packs to hunt and eat other demons, but they are not all equal, within the bestial are several categories of demons, each one different.
In short, there is every reason to spend an afternoon chilling in the company of Daniel & co. Moreover, the second volume of the saga, "The end of the path," according to the website will be available from June Feltrinelli, then those who have not read yet has time to catch up!
